Since 2007, I have worked to support individuals, couples and families in achieving goals for emotional satisfaction, relationship strength and behavior change.
Private Practice (2013 to 2016)   Couples counseling and individual psychotherapy, often with clients whose lives were impacted by the medical condition or disability of a loved one
Seattle Children's Research Institute (2015 to 2016)  Psychotherapy with adolescents struggling with post-concussive syndrome; parent coaching with families working to overcome obesity and children's sleep problems
Bloom & Associates, LLC (2012)  Individual, family and group psychotherapy with clients who struggled with neuro-developmental challenges and family separation
Olive Crest (2009 to 2011)  Psychotherapy and crisis management with foster children and their families
 

Professional Interests and Specialties: 
Couples counseling: I help couples overcome anger, betrayal, loss of trust and hurt so that they may find connection, closeness and a deeper-than-ever love and partnership.
Individual Healing and growth: I support those who struggle with insecurity, worry, feelings of anxiety or depression to achieve a sense of inner peace and calm, self-acceptance and the ability to live authentically, free of emotional restriction.
Managing a medical condition or chronic illness: I provide counseling to alleviate depression, anxiety, relationship strain and grief that often occur when a child, partner or family member is diagnosed with a significant medical condition, disability or chronic illness. 
Parenting: I provide parenting support for parents and caregivers of children who have significant behavioral challenges or emotional needs as a result of trauma, family separation, divorce, adoption or medical challenges.
