Experience

I have over ten years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and adults in a variety of settings, both in the United States and overseas. I have been providing counseling to individuals and couples in the Seattle area for the past three years.  I am currently serving as a board member with the Washington State Society of Clinical Social Workers.  I am also regularly involved in continuing education programs and professional trainings to further develop my therapeutic skills and maintain my commitment to best practices.

Professional Interests and Specialties
I believe therapy should be a place of curiosity, acceptance, and connection. My goal as a therapist is to help people better connect to their sense of self in order to lead a more fulfilling life and improve their personal relationships.  I have experience working with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, including:
