Therapists' Continuing Education

OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Since 1960, as Samaritan Center and earlier as Presbyterian Counseling Service, we have been a professional education and training resource for therapists and counselors. Our Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Training Program, in association with Seattle Pacific University, provided master's level training for more than 400 marriage and family therapists, many of whom are in practice in the Puget Sound area.  Our current professional education offerings are listed below.

Professional Education Training:

"Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples"

BEGINNING CLASS
Externship  in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
Due to strong intertest from participants in this training, we have been able to expand the number of participants by utilizing a new location for the training. We anticipate that this group will have 50-60 participants with additional support provided for experiential exercises.  The location for the training will be NorthCut Landing, 4915 25th Ave. N.E., Seatlle.  Parking is available for all participants at this location.
