Clergy and Congregational ConsultationSamaritan provides consultation to clergy, and congregations, and judicatories in the following ways:

Pastoral Leadership SeminarThe Pastoral Leadership Seminar brings clergy together once a month for two and one-half hours to provide consultation and support. These monthly meetings are designed to help pastors develop a "systems" perspective of congregational dynamics and their own functioning as leaders. |

Promoting Congregational Health“Thinking Systemically”We provide opportunities for congregations and leadership groups to think about their life together from a “systems” perspective. “Personal Life Focus”Samaritan staff is available to make presentations, lead small groups, and facilitate workshops and retreats at congregations. |
