Resource Center for Ministry

Our Resource Center for Ministry offers support to clergy and congregations including seminars, workshops, and individual consultations.

Clergy and Congregational Consultation

Samaritan provides consultation to clergy, and congregations, and judicatories in the following ways:

  • Conflict Mediation
  • Congregational Transitions
  • Staff and Lay Leadership Training
  • Visioning and Strategic Planning
  • Coaching for Pastors

Pastoral Leadership Seminar

The Pastoral Leadership Seminar brings clergy together once a month for two and one-half hours to provide consultation and support.

These monthly meetings are designed to help pastors develop a "systems" perspective of congregational dynamics and their own functioning as leaders.
