Beverley Shrumm,
President/CEO

Beverley has been the President and CEO of Samaritan (formerly PCS) since 2000. Previously she was the Clinical Director of Samaritan, a position she held for 3 years. She has been in leadership roles within the Mental Health Community for over 20 years and was the Director of Divorce Lifeline with Lutheran Social Services for many years. Ms. Shrumm is trained as a therapist and continues to see clients.

Dr. William Collins
Vice President, Training and Facilities

Bill has been with Samaritan (formerly PCS) since 1981. He has been in his present position since 2000. Previously, he was the Director of the Marriage and Family Training Center of Samaritan which trained over 400 post masters graduate to be Marriage and Family Therapists. He holds a PhD and MA from the University of Notre Dame and a MS in marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University.

Gerald Barney
Vice President, Finance

Gerry brings Samaritan experience in finance and ministry. After 6 years as a seminarian and pastor, he returned to work in business as a CPA/consultant for 10 years for a broad range of clients, including nonprofits. He then worked as CFO for a regional transportation company for 15 years.  During this time he served as an elder and Stephen minister in his church.  In recent years he has longed to return to full-time ministry and considers the opportunity to join Samaritan Center of Puget Sound an answer to prayer.

Rev. Michael Rogers
Clinical Director

Michael has been the Clincal Director at Samaritan since 2005 and has been in mental health work since 1979.
