 Approach to Counseling:
As a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience in mental health and healthcare, I believe that we are at our best when we can make choices that are consistent with our deepest values. I also believe that healing does not occur in isolation but happens in the context of our relationships, families, marriages, faith communities, and our neighborhoods.
As a therapist, I help Individuals, couples, and families tune in to their underlying feelings, thoughts, and experiences, recognizing the patterns that are not working for them.  I work in collaboration with my clients to find ways to practice self-compassion and live a life more consistent with their values.
